    Heidi Naguib Nashed is not just a real estate expert — she’s a force of transformation in the Egyptian property market.

    She began her journey as the first employee at B2C Real Estate, a brokerage based in 6th of October City. From the ground up, she helped shape the company’s operations, culture, and strategy. Through her leadership and entrepreneurial drive, Heidi guided B2C’s rapid growth and rose to become a Director of the company.

    In 2022, under Heidi’s leadership, B2C achieved a national milestone:
    It was ranked the 12th top-performing real estate brokerage for Mountain View — one of Egypt’s leading developers — and Heidi was the only B2C team member to close Mountain View sales that year.

    After her success in Egypt, Heidi expanded her experience by working in the competitive real estate market of Dubai, gaining insight into global property trends, client service standards, and digital sales strategies. This regional perspective is part of what makes Azeeza Realty unique today.

    Now, Heidi is back — not just to continue what she started, but to disrupt Egypt’s real estate industry for the second time, this time with a bolder vision. As Co-Founder of Azeeza Realty, she brings heart, hustle, and honesty to every transaction. She’s here to rebuild trust in the market — one client at a time.

    Philipp Summer is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Canadian Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) with a passion for bringing transparency, structure, and international standards to the Egyptian real estate market.

    Before co-founding Azeeza Realty, Philipp spent years in Canada as a financial auditor and valuation expert at Deloitte LLP, where he led teams analyzing over USD $30 billion in real estate, infrastructure, and private equity assets annually. His experience spans global markets — including Canada, the Netherlands, and Germany — and combines deep analytical skill with a sharp eye for investment opportunity.

    After relocating to Egypt, Philipp noticed a common pattern: friends, colleagues, and even strangers frequently asked for his help navigating the real estate market — not because he was in the business, but because they simply didn’t trust anyone else. The gap was clear: people needed a broker who could deliver credibility, numbers-driven insight, and personal care.

    That’s what led him to co-found Azeeza Realty — a real estate firm designed to serve buyers, sellers, and investors who demand clarity, not commission-driven chaos.

    Today, Philipp oversees business development, operations, and investment advisory for Azeeza, helping clients make smarter, safer real estate decisions in Egypt.
